The Hardware Support Technician is responsible for comprehensive, industry-leading support for BuildingPoint clients and team members. This role is responsible for providing consultative services, training, and support. Within this capacity, the Hardware Support Technician will provide insight and consultation on workflow enhancements and best practices for implementing advanced technology. This will also include creating content for training, videos, and other educational support.

Responsibilities & Focus

• Provide Technical Sales & Services Support With A Focus On:
  • Layout
  • Laser Scanning
  • Robotics
  • Mixed & Augmented Reality
• Collaboration with Hardware Sales Representatives to provide general and specific training for clients
• Assist and, at times, lead content creation for customer support videos
• Create training content for Trimble software and hardware
• Field support questions from customers and BuildingPoint staff
• Assess, repair, and service hardware after completing Trimble service certification
• Coordinate service with Office Manager and, at times, Hardware Sales representative(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Waltham, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
